My name is Joan and I am the Owner and Technical Artist behind Renewed Beauty. I have a combined 14 certifications from Innovative Beauty Academy and Blanche Macdonald, which gave me the confidence to be a force to be reckoned with -in everything I undertake. I have always been drawn to faces and their beauty, so I studied at one of the best schools to learn more about bone structure, chiaroscuro, and color theory. Microblading and Permanent Makeup are the perfect fit for me, as I demand perfection from myself.

My favourite beauty styling is "no make-up" make-up, as it gives clients a boost in self esteem without changing features. I love seeing the natural glow that comes from my clients when they look in the mirror, and experienced the same thing when I had my eyebrows done by my teacher from Innovative Beauty Academy. I woke up feeling beautiful and realized that permanent makeup is my craft.

I had the vision, passion, and knowledge to change my medium and technique, but needed to learn more. Permanent Makeup was the shift that compelled me to pursue my craft.

I created my studio space from scratch, tearing down walls and building them back up to make my dreams a reality. Handpicking every aspect of Renewed Beauty was an amazing experience, allowing me to create a retreat that is warm, inviting, relaxing, and inspiring to do my art while making people shine from the inside.
